You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and secure your account.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use by emailing support@diarytarot.com.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, features, and limits are described in the app and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion or as required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid or fraudulent activity.

Do not misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services.
• Reverse‑engineering or scraping in violation of our policies.
• Uploading malicious code or violating others’ rights.
• Using the Services for unlawful purposes or to provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., questions, saved readings, notes). You grant us a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• AI features provide generated text for reflection and entertainment purposes only. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Tarot readings and interpretations are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, mental health, etc.). For such matters, consult a qualified professional.
• Do not input sensitive personal data you do not wish to store.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Diary Tarot (Lina Gozman) or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

We may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., payments, authentication, AI). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Diary TarotOR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diary Tarot (Lina Gozman) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in British Columbia, Canadafor any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in‑app notice.
